A shepherd hut with a view!
Situated in a great position to just sit and watch the world go by with beautiful views encompassing mountains, highland cattle, llamas, donkeys, birds of prey and much more.
Great for 2 for a really romantic getaway or also plenty of room for 4. With a raised double bed and a seating and dining area that converts into a really comfy double bed.
You also get access to The Bothy which is our fully equipped kitchen and diner.
We welcome well behaved dogs in this accommodation type, you can add this as an extra at the time of your booking.
Dogs - must be kept on a lead at all times or a tethering post must be used. We do not accept breeds / crossbreeds listed in the dangerous dog Act (i.e pitbull terrier, Japenese Tosa, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasileiro).
To keep you snug and warm there is a small wood burning stove, electric kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, cups and glasses.
Guests are welcome to use The Bothy for further crockery, cooking stoves, fridge-freezer and microwave / oven.
Outside the hut there is a small decked area with bistro table and chairs. Perfect for that early morning cup of coffee or early evening G&T. There is also a picnic bench and fire pit.
We provide duvet and pillows, you are welcome to bring your own linen, however linen and towels are available to hire.
Friendly owners, beautiful location and we loved the animals! Great showers / toilets and having use of the very well equipped Bothy for cooking and hanging out in when it's raining makes camping here a great experience. Will definitely be back.

A perfect place to take a break from everyday life and recharge your batteries. The atmosphere and views of the Highlands are beautiful and Helena and Nathan and their family are the perfect hosts who will do anything to ensure you relax. Our children were out and about on the premises all day and spent time with the many animals and other children. Close by there are many opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking through the wild Highlands and fishing.
